To All Lake City Location Employees:

I first want to thank each and every one of you for your hard work and dedication. While Meadow Lake has stood stagnant, we were able to see its potential as a long-term, sustainable investment and built this firm from the ground-up. With such a proactive and dynamic team, there's nothing we can't accomplish.

That being said, the road ahead will be a long one. While we've secured the rights to most of the land surrounding the lake, we're in a sustainable loss curve until we develop enough infrastructure to make selling homes there a reality. The Board recently approved an additional loan to fund a series of multi-residential properties. You may have heard the word "trailer park" being thrown around but we reject that unkind characterization. What we will be providing is low-income, high turnover housing at cheap enough prices to draw Sims out of Lake City while still making some return on investment. At this time, our market analysis suggests that such housing is an untapped market and that demand will follow supply.

To that end, the ground breaking ceremony on the first Waterside foundation will be delayed until further notice. Construction has already begun on our new properties, and we have seen a great interest in further development from our partner companies. 

While our dreams have not yet been fully realized, they are within our grasp. Fortune favors the bold!
